Many people help to make our liturgies fulfilling including Welcomers, Servers, Readers, Musicians, Cleaners and Flower Arrangers. If you would like to be participate more fully in the liturgies, please contact the Parish Office.

The Mass is the central act of worship in our faith but we hold other services of worship during the year:
Penitential services in Advent and Lent
Stations of the Cross during Lent

Liturgy Team

The work of the Liturgy Team is to enhance the worship of the parish through organisation  and involvement in services at St Michael’s.  We hope to use the talents of as many people as possible, regardless of age.

The team  helps prepare services by planning for the great feasts of the church; we organise and put together special liturgies during the year; organise rotas of readers, musicians; liaise with the Formation group to link with those who are preparing for special milestones on their journey of faith, and with those preparing the family masses once a month.
